Reported to and served as business partner to senior level leaders including Division Presidents, Regional Presidents, Group Presidents and C-suite leaders like the Chief Supply Chain Officer, Chief Customer Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Lived and worked in Europe and lead teams in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Led, built and top-graded matrixed Human Resource organizations consisting of both generalist and COE specialist ranging in size from 8 to over 150 professionals. Strong advocate for the Human Resources function and disciple of proactive HR with a “Point of View” Strategic thinker that seeks to lead, add-value, and drive big things like proactive Workforce Planning and Succession Planning, game-changing Employee Engagement, strategy-based Organizational and Individual Capability building, and highly differentiated Performance-based Pay programs. Good experience working with the Board of Directors and Compensation Committee. Ready to lead, and or transform the Human Resources function, coach and counsel the CEO and their leadership team and work with the BOD to drive and create value for a company.
