Wesleyan University`s Center for the Arts exists to catalyze people`s creativity by engaging them in the dynamic work of diverse artists, according to its mission. It opened in the fall of 1973.
UAMS is the state`s only comprehensive academic health center, with colleges of Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Professions and Public Health; a graduate school; a hospital; a northwest Arkansas regional campus; a statewide network of regional centers; and seven institutes: the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute, the Jackson T. Stephens Spine & Neurosciences Institute, the Myeloma Institute, the Harvey & Bernice Jones Eye Institute, the Psychiatric Research Institute, the Donald W. Today`s workforce demands career education at increasingly higher degree levels, which we will meet with additional master`s and doctoral programs. We will serve additional communities in additional states with local campuses. We will expand and explore additional teaching methodologies, including online delivery, hybrid courses, and open-enrollment online courses.
