Annual sales exceed $250MM. Reports directly to company CEO. Non voting member of the Encompass Board of Directors and Corporate Secretary. Member of the Executive Managment team and Board Compensation Committee and Chair of special Committee on Benefits. Primary duties include Human Resource strategy development, organizational development and succession planning, policy development, benefits and compensation including executive compensation, executive recruitment, and employee relations."
