As Director of Human Resources for Sunroad Family of Companies, a diverse organization that owns automotive dealerships, a golf course, a marina and several business developments, she leads the strategic direction of the Human Resources Department in an environment that had yet to embrace the need of human resources. With determination, strategic mindset and excellent internal customer service, she has been able to drive over a half million dollars to the bottom line within eighteen months of employment. As Director of Human Resources, she successfully reorganized Party City Retail Franchise Stores for success, creating a foundation for further improvement and continuous sales increases and reduction in turnover. She was able to obtain benefit and workers compensation insurance cost reductions as much as 40%. As Senior Regional Human Resource Manager at LSG Sky Chefs-San Diego and Santa Ana Airport locations, She succinctly partnered with these diverse teams to achieve company goals and objectives. My aforementioned diverse abilities as a strategic leader contributed to my success in accomplishing the LSG Sky Chefs-Financial, Customer and Employee targets. She reduced excessive administrative costs, instituted critically needed cross-training, computerized previously manual systems, directed the upgrade of policies and procedures, negotiated with the union on grievances and local wage supplements, and continually assisted the management team in the implementation and maintenance of Lean Manufacturing Principles for continuous improvement.
