About the Person
Tanya R. Ulrich is the Vice President of Human Resources at Presbyterian SeniorCare. Ulrich will oversee all aspects of human resources including to benefits and compensation, recruitment, employee onboarding and labor relations. Ulrich has been appointed to serve as an officer of Presbyterian SeniorCare. Previously, as Vice President of HR for Allegheny Health Network (AHN), Tanya set and executed HR strategy and programming for six hospitals (1,998 beds and 7,849 FTEs), while directing AHN`s Organizational Development/Talent Management activities. Her recent accomplishments include developing and establishing a network-wide patient experience program; creating a 90-day curriculum map to hasten new leaders` integration and productivity; and overseeing an Employee Engagement Survey that attained 80% participation. Prior to that, she has also served at West Penn Allegheny Health System, The Western Pennsylvania Hospital and Allegheny General Hospital.
