About the Person
Joyce brings more than 30 years of senior management experience in fields of education, banking and health care to Community Health Options. Following her tenure as Associate Dean of Students at Colby College, McPhetres joined MBNA, rising to the rank of First Vice President with responsibility for Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Education and Development and Employee Health and Safety. From 2006 to 2012, McPhetres worked as the Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development for Central Maine Health Care.
