Tanya believes that creating amazing mobile experiences starts with building an exceptional team. She and the People team are focused on adding top talent to Mobify`s existing group of outstanding employees, while fostering a positive, encouraging and winning work environment. As Director of People & Culture, Tanya brings multiple years of strategic and operational HR experience in the tech sector to Mobify. Outside of Mobify, she`s busy attending soccer games, baseball tournaments and gymnastics classes of her three active kids.
