Ms. Cicco served as Head of Communications and Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company until February 1, 2017. She served as the Head of Internal Communications, Media Relations & Executive Communications and Senior Vice President of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company since October 29, 2014 and served as its Vice President until October 29, 2014. She reports to Crandall and is a member of the company's executive leadership team. Previously at MassMutual, Ms. Cicco served as Vice President and head of internal communications, as Chief of Staff to the head of the insurance business, as well as an analyst in the corporate development area. Ms. Cicco joined MassMutual in 1993 and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Bryant College with a concentration in Business Administration and Actuarial Mathematics.
