Shannon Pritchett is a Editor of SourceCon. Previously, Shannon is the Manager of Global Social Media and Sourcing within ManpowerGroup’s Global RPO Practice team. Working with our global RPO teams, Shannon helps envision and creatively deliver sourcing and social media strategies for global recruitment teams. Shannon has worked for ManpowerGroup Solutions Global RPO Practice since August of 2013. She has a strong background in technical recruiting and advanced sourcing, and brings a wealth of experience in sourcing, social recruiting, information retrieval, and technical and passive candidate recruiting. Shannon got her start in the recruitment industry at Vanderbilt University and later worked as a Senior Recruiter for Internal Data Resources and Community Health Systems, Social Media Recruitment Ambassador for T-Mobile USA, Director of Recruiting for Moxy, and finally as an AIRS Trainer with ADP.
