About the Person

As CenturyLink`s top Human Resources executive, Scott A. Trezise is responsible for the global employee experience, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, recognition, training and development, compensation and benefits, payroll, labor relations for represented employees and contingent labor. Prior to joining the company, he served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Shaw Group in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where his responsibilities included compensation and benefits, talent management, staffing and learning and development. Scott also spent 15 years at Honeywell, in various HR Generalist roles of increasing scope and complexity as well as specialist assignments in the areas of talent management, staffing, organization design and business integration. His tenure at Honeywell culminated as Vice President of HR Services and Canada/Latin America. He was also a member of the HR Leadership Council. An active civic leader, Scott served three years as president of the Michigan State University Labor and Industrial Relations Advisory Board, and he`s been a CenturyLink Executive in Residence at the University of Louisiana-Monroe, teaching Human Resources. Scott holds a Bachelor`s Degree in International Relations and a Master`s Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations, both from Michigan State University.
