Erin Cotrone Barriere is the Vice President of Human Resources at Goji. Erin has more than 15 years of experience leading national and global HR and talent acquisition functions across various industries, including high tech, Internet and insurance. Prior to joining Goji, Erin worked for USI Insurance Services and Marsh & McLennan Companies, where her responsibilities included leading efforts to build effective talent acquisition strategies and functions. Prior to Marsh, Erin held acquisition leadership positions with Mercer and Monster Worldwide, where she was responsible for building and executing nationwide and global people strategies that guided the ability to attract, hire and retain talented employees. Erin`s expertise also includes strategic staffing, organizational design and effectiveness, change management, employee commitment and managing a changing workforce. Erin has a B.S. degree in Business Management from Johnson & Wales University.
