About the Person
Scott joined CDI in September 2014. Prior to leading CDI, Scott was Vice Chairman-Post Acquisition Management (Europe) at Investcorp. Previously, he was Executive Vice President, Operating and Support Businesses with Sears Holdings Corporation. He also served as President of Kenmore, Craftsman and Diehard and served on the Holdings Company Business Unit Board. Prior to that, Scott worked at Lehman Brothers, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. At Lehman, Scott also held officer positions in investment banking, private equity and corporate divisions. Scott is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Institute of International Education and is a member of the Economic Club of New York and the Council on Foreign Relations. Scott holds a BA in economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from Northwestern University`s Kellogg School of Management.
