Mr. Samuel D. Walker, also known as Sam, has been the Chief People and Legal Officer of Molson Coors Brewing Company since January 2012 and its Corporate Secretary since 2005. Mr. Walker served as the Managing Director at MillerCoors LLC. Mr. Walker served as the Chief Legal Officer at Molson Coors Brewing Company since March 2005. He served as Senior Vice President of Molson Coors Brewing Company. He serves as Managing Director of MillerCoors LLC, a subsidiary of Coors Brewing Company. He served as Chief Compliance Officer of Molson Coors Brewing Company. He served as Vice President at Molson Coors Brewing Company since April 4, 2005. He served as Chief Legal Officer for U.S. & Worldwide and Group Vice President of Coors Brewing Company from 2002 to March 2005. Before joining Molson Coors Brewing Co. in 2002, he served as a Partner for 10 years at the Washington, D.C. law firm of Wiley Rein & Fielding, LLP. He also served in a variety of U.S. government positions. From 1990 to 1992, He served as an acting assistant secretary and deputy assistant secretary in the U.S. Department of Labor and Education.
