About the Company
For more than four generations, TCB has been helping our customers make their goals and dreams a reality. We opened our doors on South Street in Roslindale in April, 1898, as Roslindale Cooperative Bank. From 1928 to 1956, our main office was located on the corner of Corinth Street. In 1956, we moved to 40 Belgrade Avenue, where we still are today. Our West Roxbury branch opened in the fall of 1994, and four years later we merged with Charlestown Cooperative Bank to become The Cooperative Bank. Today, we are known as TCB.
About the Person
Lauren Kiefer is the Director of Human Resources at The Cooperative Bank. In her new role, Kiefer will provide strategic human resource leadership to meet the bank`s business objectives by developing and implementing human resource policies, programs and services. Before joining TCB, Kiefer served as a Human Resources Generalist for a national independent medical examination and peer review organization where she oversaw human resource operations for the rapidly growing company. Prior to that role, Kiefer spent over 10 years in the hotel industry, where she worked in both human resources and management for the Marriott, Fairmont and Ritz-Carlton brands.
