New York, NY-based CLS Group appointed Ryan Dashkewich as Director of Human Resources Systems and Analytics.

About the Person

Ryan Dashkewich has over 15 years of experience as an HR management consultant and HR professional. He is currently Director, Head of HR Systems & Analytics at CLS Bank International (CLS). CLS operates the largest multicurrency cash settlement system to mitigate settlement risk for the FX transactions of its members and their customers. Prior to joining CLS, Ryan spent 10 years with Deloitte Consulting, providing consultative services to many of the world`s largest corporations, across various industries. His broad data expertise and experience includes metrics related to HR transformations, mergers & acquisitions, system implementations, process improvement initiatives and benefits & compensation. After Deloitte, Ryan spent 5 years working as an independent consultant in the energy, pharmaceutical and financial services sectors. Ryan holds a bachelor of science degree in systems engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
