Russell M. Klosk is the Senior Principal Consultant at Accenture. Prior to that, Mr. Klosk had served as the Global Workforce Management Leader for HP`s Enterprise Services Labor Demand & Supply Management effort. Previously he was the WP Leader for HP Americas and prior to this he progressed through PWC, Microsoft and IBM. His career has equally balanced internal HR and Operations (Strategy) roles with over a decade of Management Consulting Experience along with international experience in China, Switzerland and UK and direct industry experience in Government, Financial Services, Technology, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Media & Entertainment, Telecoms, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical as well as Professional Services. Mr. Klosk is a certified & globally recognized subject matter expert in building Globally Integrated Enterprises (GIE) and Global Strategic Human Capital Management Strategy and Process, with a particular expertise in Global Talent Management, Strategic Workforce Planning and HR Metrics & Analytics. Mr. Klosk holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Southern California, a Masters in Business Administration from New York University, a Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Mason University and is certified as an SPHR, GPHR and PMP. He is also a Six Sigma Green Belt.
