About the Company
In November of 1978, Robert Peccia and Associates opened its doors for business in downtown Helena, Montana, with seven employees. RPA now employs more than 50 staff members in three office locations. Since those early days, RPA has built a national and international reputation for award winning, consistent, and exacting professional services. As a 100 percent employee-owned company, we invest our time and skills in the future generations! From instructing young downhill skiers at Great Divide and coaching basketball or responding to local emergencies with Lewis and Clark Search and Rescue, we assist and teach others. As volunteers - we care, we collaborate, and we contribute.
About the Person
Rick Donaldson is the Vice President of Human Resources and Business Development at Robert Peccia and Associates. Donaldson is the airport services manager and has been with RPA since 1992. He is a member of the Montana and Idaho Airport Managers Associations, Montana Pilot’s Association, Elkhorn Chapter of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and a board member of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Montana.
