About the Company

About the Person
Richard Winter is the Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources for Brookwood and all of its affiliated companies. Mr. Winter will direct Brookwood`s Human Resources department, and will be responsible for administering and integrating the firm`s employee benefit plans, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, helping recruit, train and develop staff and supporting the strategic business initiatives of the firm. Prior to joining Brookwood, Mr. Winter was a Regional Human Resources Manager for Aggregate Industries, Inc., a global manufacturer and supplier of aggregate-based construction materials, where he had oversight of all human resources related activities including the management of 38 separate union contracts and overseeing four human resources generalists. Previously, Mr. Winter was Director of Human Resources for Hyatt Hotels in Boston where he was a member of the hotel`s executive committee and was responsible for management of the human resources department. Mr. Winter is a graduate of Florida International University.
