Richard is an experienced leader in the field of talent development with a deep knowledge of adult learning and leadership development.   After starting his career in corporate lending in the banking sector Richard moved to HR holding senior positions in organizations in the finance and professional services sectors.   Specializing in Talent Management, Richard has developed a deep expertise in how to equip leaders with the capabilities required to drive performance in their businesses. He works in both group settings and as an experienced executive coach, helping people achieve insights into their behavior and their impact on those around them.
