Keary has retired as Vice President of Human Resources at Society for Human Resource Management.   Deborah is a former Director of SHRM Knowledge Center.   She has written many articles on HR, speaks often to HR professionals on various subjects of interest, and is widely quoted in the media.   She holds Master's degrees in Human Resources Management and in Library Science and is certified in both Library Science and as a Senior Human Resource Professional.
