About the Person
Renee A. Entzminger is the Director of Human Resources for High Companies LLC, Lancaster. In this position, Entzminger is responsible for developing and implementing policies and programs relating to employment practices, wage and salary administration, indoctrination, training and placement, as well as equal employment opportunity programs and co-worker/community relations for High Steel Structures Inc.`s Lancaster and Williamsport locations, as well as High Transit LLC, High Structural Erectors LLC and High Steel Service Center LLC. A Reading resident, Entzminger attained a bachelor`s degree in psychology from Kutztown University and an MBA from St. Joseph`s University. She joined High in 2011, most recently as human resource manager.
