About the Person
Rafael Perez Tejada has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer of Campofrío Food Group effective January 2016. Previously he had held several positions within the company, the last being HR Director of North Region of Campofrío Food Group since 2015. He started his career in the Telco industry by joining Vodafone in Belgium and later on in Consulting firms such as Altran, CapGemini and PwC. He has an extensive experience in transformation, operations, business development, human resources and strategy.” Rafael holds a Physics degree from Salamanca University and has a MBA by IE Business School and a Labor Relations Master by Garrigues Law School.
