About the Person

As a senior executive in the Federal Bureau of Investigation, I have the privilege to represent, lead and manage the organization’s Training Division; prepare and train the next generation of Special Agents and Intelligence Analysts to protect and defend the United States; and oversee the day-to-day operations of the world renowned FBI Academy. Throughout my 29 years of public service, I have honed the ability to lead and develop cohesive teams within complex, operationally-focused organizations. I also have acquired vast experiences in hire-to-retire training strategies, motivating and developing workforces, mitigating risks and promulgating compliance measures, developing short and long-term strategic plans, operating and ensuring the physical security of large complexes, and writing and implementing corporate policies. Other talents that I have include eliminating inefficiencies, prioritizing objectives, and leveraging resources across various functional components within large organizations.
