The mission of SCHRA is to assist eligible people of all ages obtain a variety of services and resources. The South Central Human Resource Agency (SCHRA) delivers social services and assesses the needs of residents within the south central region of Tennessee. SCHRA services and programs includes a wide range of individual contracts funded through federal, state, and local sources.
