About the Company

About the Person
Mark Berry is the Vice President of Human Resources (Senior People Person) at CGB Enterprises, Inc. Previously, he had also served at WorkInsights, ConAgra Foods, International Paper, Borden Chemical and Union Hospital of Terre Haute. Mark holds B.A. & M.A. degrees in Psychology, as well as a M.B.A. with a concentration in Operations Management. He has more than 20 years of HR experience in food ingredients, paper, chemical, and food manufacturing industries, primarily as a generalist who has been easily distracted (read “enamored”) by technology and process improvement focused initiatives. Prior to his work in HR, Mark was a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP). Mark resides in Omaha, Nebraska with his wife, Carolyn, and daughters, Hannah and Grace. In his free time, he engages in masochistic pursuits, such as ultra-endurance running, including several 50- and 100-mile races each year.
