Jay-Ann Gilfoy Fordy served as Chief Transformation Officer of Coast Capital Savings Credit Union and served as its Chief Human Resources Officer. Ms. Fordy serves as a Vice-President of Human Resources and Organizational Development of British Columbia Lottery Corporation. She served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Coast Capital Savings Credit Union. Ms. Fordy was responsible for the strategic development of organizational change and growth, leading people toward a higher performance organization of British Columbia Lottery Corporation. She has operational responsibility for leading and coaching staff who deliver Human Resources practices and programs. She joined BCLC in 2003. Her background includes 15 years of experience in the delivery of strategic and progressive human resource services including compensation and benefits, recruitment and labour relations. She held senior management positions in crown, private, and municipal corporations. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in social sciences from McMaster University and holds a post diploma degree in Human Resources Management from Humber College. She is a Certified Human Resources Professional.
