New York, NY-based Skanska hired Maja Egnell as Vice President of Talent Development & Diversity.
Skanska Commercial Development acquires, develops, leases and divests commercial properties located in select core urban markets in the US and Europe. Most of our projects are self-financed and over the last 25 years we have invested on average $500 MUSD of Skanska capital annually. In the last five years we have invested $3 billion of Skanska capital in new ground-up speculative buildings in nine countries and we have delivered 11 million square feet of mainly class A sustainable office buildings. Skanska Commercial Development started operating in the US in 2009, focusing on Class A office and multifamily buildings in select urban locations. We develop properties in Boston, DC, Houston and Seattle and have a portfolio of five million square feet in the US.
Maja Egnell is Vice President of Talent Development & Diversity at Skanska. Previously, Egnell was Consultant, Authorized Psychologist at PAT Management. Egnell has a degree from Umeå University.
