Liz Pierce is the Director of Human Resources and Compliance at Centre Area Transportation Authority, effective Jan. 11, 2016. As CATA`s Director of Human Resources and Compliance, Pierce is responsible for overseeing the authority`s human resources program, implementing and updating personel policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws. Prior to joining CATA, she had served as the human resource director for Hotel State College & Company and has served as an adjunct instructor for the School of Hospitality Management program at Penn State.
