Kenneth Storlazzi, also known as Ken, is the Director of Human Resources at Chelmsford Public Schools. Ken has cultivated a career of over 13 years as a human resources professional and 19 years working in public schools. As the Director of Human Resources in the Chelmsford Public Schools, Ken has facilitated the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education educator evaluation process. He is a vital member of all negotiating teams, and routinely provides sought after advice to school administrators on labor relation issues. Ken spearheaded the transition of a substitute service agency to an internal substitute service saving the district over 100K. Ken is a long-standing member of MASPA (Massachusetts Association of School Personnel Administrators). Through this organization Ken shares his knowledge with colleagues and participates in professional development.
