Kathryn Seidenstein is the Chief Talent and Culture Officer at RF|Binder. With nearly two decades of experience in strategic human resources functions for several prominent global organizations, Ms. Seidenstein will lead RF|Binder`s HR team and direct its recruitment and talent management initiatives. Ms. Seidenstein most recently was head of Human Resources at one of the largest global private philanthropic foundations and built out the function of Human Resources there. Prior to this position, Kathryn served as a Business Partner for a global company that delivers business and financial information, news and insights. Earlier in her career, Kathryn was at Morgan Stanley and several other organizations where she held a variety of business partnerships, HR leadership and recruiting roles.
