Prior to Selective, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources of ABM Industries Incorporated from May 2012 – November 2015. Carbo was Vice President, Human Resources of Merck & Co./Schering-Plough from January 2009 through November 2011. Carbo has earned her MBA degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and BSBA in Accounting from Georgetown University.
