Human Resources Leader with an extensive business background and a strong analytical, strategic, and organizational focus developed over 15 years of progressive experience in multiple industries and geographical locations. Among my key accomplishments is establishing a Human Resources department and an Education and Development department from the ground up. I have a passion for working with top management to adapt to the challenges of staffing and developing talent at growing companies, and my business background gives me the ability to evaluate and implement new initiatives and strategies without disrupting business operations.
