Julie (Smith) Barr is the Vice President of Human Resources at Bank of America Merchant Services.   Previously, she had served at Precision Castparts, Special Metals, Northrop Grumman SYNOPTICS, Maxon Furniture Inc., RSI Home Products, Newell Rubbermaid, Rubbermaid Home Products and Industrial Tool Company.   Julie earned Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 1995 and Masters in Business Administration from University of Phoenix in 2010.
