About the Person
Juanita Gonzalez Collazos , a Dorchester native, is the Director of Human Resources. She received her BA in Human Resource Management from University of Massachusetts. Juanita began her career in Human Resources at Oxfam America, and then spent five years as a Human Resources Director at the Red Cross. She joined Codman in 2005 and has aided in the development of Codman`s ever growing expert workforce.
