About the Company
DSI Renal was founded in August 2011. Headquartered in Nashville, DSI is now a leader among midsized providers in the United States. Together, with our physician partners, we provide access to state-of-the-art dialysis care for over 7,000 patients suffering with chronic kidney failure and renal disease. We are owned by broad representation of the company’s senior management team, all of whom have extensive experience in the dialysis industry, and two very successful private equity firms, Frazier Healthcare of Seattle, Washington and New Enterprises Associates based in Menlo Park, California. Both Frazier and NEA have significant track records investing in healthcare services companies. We are actively growing the company’s National presence through acquisition of new clinics, as well as, through establishment of additional joint venture partnerships with leading Nephrologists for the clinic, hospital and alternate settings.
About the Person
As Vice President with responsibility for human resources and payroll, Ms. Stewart brings more that 20 years of healthcare experience to this position. Prior to joining DSI Renal, in 2008 she held similar positions with in a wide range of health care organization including a hospital company, imaging centers and a physician practice management company. Ms. Stewart holds a Masters of Public Administration degree and Bachelor of Arts degree from Valdosta State University.
