About the Person
Joe joined Mimecast in 2015 as senior vice president of Human Resources, leading the global HR organization. With more than 22 years of HR and talent management experience in the high-tech sector, Joe is focused on setting the strategic direction on talent acquisition, employee development and retention; organizational design; and compensation and benefits planning. Joe joined Mimecast from Mercury Systems, where he held the position of vice president of HR and was responsible for improving its talent strategy and development. Joe has an extensive background in strategic HR operations planning, and was responsible for setting annual goals to drive the growth of the $225 million publicly traded company. Before this, Joe was vice president of HR at NMS Communications/LiveWire Mobile, where he was responsible for global HR strategy.
