About the Person
J.C. Herrera leads the human resource function of Castlight as its Chief People Officer. Herrera joined Castlight from global security software leader McAfee (an Intel company) where he served most recently as the SVP of Global Human Resources and Learning. Herrera started his career at Electronic Arts before assuming leadership positions at companies including Documentum/EMC and Dreyer`s/Nestle. He holds a BS in Business Administration from San Francisco State University.
