About the Person
Jim Bandanza brings over 20 years of enterprise security and software experience to CounterTack as CRO/Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for defining corporate strategy and policies and overseeing the operations of Sales, Marketing and Business Development units CounterTack. Prior to CounterTack, Bandanza served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Egenera, where he was responsible for leading the company's sales and service organizations. During his time with the company, he led the transformation of the go to market model to meet the needs of the company's evolving cloud based software business. Previous to his time with Engenera, Bandanza held several executive leadership positions at RSA, The Security Division of EMC. As RSA's Senior Vice President of Field Operations, he was a critical member of the management team, leading sales and business development operations when EMC acquired RSA for $2.1 billion in 2005. Bandanza also held senior roles with Stream International, Versys Inc, BBN and LTX Corporation. Bandanza is an advisor to a number of emerging IT Security firms. He earned his Bachelor's degree in business from Northeastern University.
