About the Person

Jennifer Lucas was appointed as Co-Director of Human Resources at Gettysburg College since June 2005. Currently responsible for supporting and furthering Gettysburg College’s strategic initiatives through effective Human Resource practices. Provides oversight and leadership in the following functional areas: employment of all non-faculty positions, compensation planning and administration, fringe benefit planning and implementation, responding to employee relations issues, policy review and formulation, compliance with federal and state statues, and planning.
