McHaney also served as vice president of administration at Westward Communications in Dallas. At Morris, McHaney is responsible for the company’s human resources functions including employee relations, labor, recruitment, learning and development, benefits and policy development. McHaney holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Arkansas State University and earned a Juris Doctorate from The University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law.
