About the Person
Jasmine Mobley is the Director of Talent Management at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. In this role, she will be responsible for talent acquisition, organizational development and other human resources functions, including HR analytics and policies. Ms. Mobley joined BlueCross in 2011 as manager of talent acquisition and has more than 15 years` experience overall working in the human resources field. Since joining BlueCross, she has worked to streamline the recruitment process, increased focus on diversity and inclusion and played a key role in technology updates. Mobley earned a master`s degree in human resources from Troy University and a bachelor`s degree in business administration from the University of Montevallo.
