Jane Bilcock is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Cielo. In this role, Jane shapes the global HR function and the department’s strategy to support Cielo’s continued growth and aspiration to be a best place to work, where the employees experience unparalleled career opportunities. Jane is an experienced, international HR leader with nearly 25 years of experience. Her passion for planning and executing, in addition to her leadership style, perfectly aligns with Cielo’s dedication to optimizing talent acquisition and management strategies for each client. Previous to joining Cielo, Jane has served in multiple senior HR leadership roles for major global players. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Bristol, located in the United Kingdom.
