Jade Kas is the Vice President of Human Resouces for Elanco Business Unit at Eli Lilly and Company. Mr. Kas served as Senior Director of Human Resources of Elanco Animal Health, Inc. since April 2013. Mr. Kas joined Eli Lilly and Company in 1999 and worked his first 4 yrs in both a sales and sales operations roles. During the past 10 years, he has held a variety of roles in Human Resources supporting sales and marketing, global compensation, mergers and acquisitions, employee relations, and manufacturing. In his most recent role, he has been supporting Elanco as the Senior Director of HR for Elanco Mfg. He holds a bachelor`s degree in Business Management & HR Management from IUPUI.
