Ronnie West is the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Global Human Resources at Ipreo. West comes to Ipreo with over 15 years of HR experience, most recently as a Managing Director at Barclays, where he spent the previous six years leading global HR teams, transforming HR and recruitment, launching new business divisions, and managing through acquisitions and restructurings. Prior to Barclays, Ronnie held a number of senior HR positions at Unilever for business divisions across Europe, Asia and North America.
