About the Person
Jacqui Canney is EVP, Global People Division for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. She is responsible for attracting, retaining and developing talent for the largest retailer. She is focused on delivering an associate experience that gives all associates access to the best technology, training and education opportunities so they can exceed customer expectations Prior to joining Walmart, Jacqui was a managing director at Accenture, where she led the strategy and implementation of programs to attract talent. Under her leadership, the HR team fully integrated its acquisition, recruitment, reward and recognition and succession planning programs. Jacqui has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Boston College.
