J. David Tolbert has retired as Senior Vice President - Human Resources and Corporate Risk of Jarden Corp., effective September 2014.   Mr. Tolbert has served in various management and executive roles in the areas of human resources, administration and corporate risk for the Company since 1993.   From 1987 to 1993, Mr. Tolbert served in various human resource and operating positions at Ball Corporation.
