About the Person
Frank Vitale is the Chief Human Resources Officer at KeyLogic Systems. He will be responsible for implementing strategies to increase employee performance and engagement and will also oversee recruitment and training programs in his new position. Vitale has previously worked in various HR and operations management roles in the financial services and healthcare industries. Vitale is the former senior vice president of the private banking group at Clear Mountain Bank. He is also a 17-year veteran of the West Virginia Army National Guard, where he was awarded a Meritorious Service Medal and a Army Commendation Medal for his service.
