The Arizona Strategic Enterprise Technology (ASET) Office for the State of Arizona provides innovative and transformative services statewide. ASET was formed in 2011 as a way to make Arizona government tech-focused, leaner, more efficient, innovative and sustainable working within a federated model with over 130 state agencies. In alignment with the strategic missions of state agencies, ASET develops and executes statewide IT strategies while providing capabilities, services and infrastructure to ensure the continuity of mission critical and essential systems for the state of Arizona. The Office of Compliance (OOC) is an independent, non-partisan agency established to administer and enforce the Congressional Accountability Act (CAA) of 1995. OOC administers and ensures the integrity of the dispute resolution system established to resolve disputes that arise under the CAA; carries out an education and training program for Congressional Members, employing offices, and Congressional employees to assist them in understanding their rights and responsibilities under the CAA; and advises Congress on needed changes and amendments to the CAA. The General Counsel of the OOC has independent investigatory and enforcement authority for certain violations of the CAA.
