About the Person
Frances Coady is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Day & Zimmermann. In this role, Coady is responsible for talent management, total rewards & compensation, diversity, succession planning, change management, labor strategy and organizational betterment across the company. Prior to that, Frances was the Vice President of Human Resources at Munitions and Government business unit of Day & Zimmermann. Prior to joining D&Z, Coady served as the Human Resource Leader at industrial manufacturer, Met-Pro Corporation. She also served as a human resource expert and leader at Merck & Co., Inc. and Exxon Mobil Corporation for more than two decades. Since joining D&Z in early 2014, Coady has led the HR team for the Munitions and Government business unit, working directly with the President of the unit and the leadership team to achieve strategic goals and increased operational efficiency.
