Mountain View, CA-based Google Appointed Erika Grouell as Learning & Development Manager.

 

About the Company

From offering search in a single language we now offer dozens of products and services—including various forms of advertising and web applications for all kinds of tasks—in scores of languages. A lot has changed since the first Google search engine appeared. But some things haven`t changed their dedication to our users and our belief in the possibilities of the Internet itself.

 

About the Person

Erika Grouell has been a Learning & Development professional for 11 years and with Google for the last seven years. Currently Erika is part of a team whose mission is to ensure that every Google employee has a great manager.  Erika is responsible for on-boarding new managers.  Her background includes instructional design, blended learning, and gamification.  She is a 2012 Brandon Hall Gold winner for best use of games for learning.  She hold a masters in Instructional Technologies.
